Sone family stayed over and loved their room's. Great communication with menu choices. The weather was perfect so used the gorgeous outside space. Certainly an afternoon/evening to remember. We have had the most wonderful time at this hotel. Just 6 mins outside of Stratford. The staff are brilliant and food was superb. This is one place that we will definitely be coming back to. Everything was spotlessly clean. I must mention some staff Michelle, Nav and Minty. Warm smiling welcomes and great laughs along the way.

This is a fabulous hotel. The room was huge & had a super king-size bed. The walk in shower was great. Coffee pods available as well as tea making facilities. Iron & ironing board available. Smart TV. It was a very sunny day but the curtains did not leak any light so you weren't woken with the morning light. There is a lift to the first floor. Only 24 bedrooms. Decor beautiful. Friendly, courteous Reception staff. We didn't have an evening meal as we were out visiting family. For me one of the best features was breakfast. What a difference sitting at a table with a white linen cloth & white bone China cups. It was table service no queueing up to put the toast on or wandering around looking for the milk. No. It was waitress service. Again the staff were courteous & polite. Toast in a toast rack. Real tea not tea bags. Cooked breakfast beautifully presented. It was a touch of luxury! There was a good variety of breakfasts, not just full English. I booked through the hotel itself and had a bed n breakfast deal. But if you just booked the room you'd be paying £15.95 for breakfast whether it was a full English or avocado on muffin. But whichever way you do it, have the breakfast. They also ask for £75 refundable deposit I suppose in case of accidental damage. Parking is on site. There is a ramp into the hotel for people with mobility issues. There is Craft Beer for those who enjoy a pint. All in all, a great experience & would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at the Burnside Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon for the second time, this time with my husband, grandparents, and their Rotary Club. Once again, we had a fantastic experience. The staff are absolutely lovely, very accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches such as L’Occitane toiletries, biscuits, and a good selection of tea and coffee. The food at the hotel is excellent, with very generous portion sizes that definitely leave you satisfied. This year, we were able to visit the hotel’s newest addition, the pub, and we were really impressed. The lunchtime food was great, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Compared to London, it felt like stepping back in time 20 years price-wise. The location is perfect for a visit to Stratford-upon-Avon. It is a pleasant walk into town and conveniently close to Anne Hathaway’s Cottage. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay.
